Vietnamese Educational and Cultural Association (VECA) was created in 1992 to enhance the professional development of dynamic young generation by helping them participate in society activities, become better acquainted on the significant global issues that are pertinent to their school, their community, and the world at large. VECA is a community effort consisting of conservative professionals committed to the values of leadership. It is an non-profit organization dedicated to foster the principal of what it takes to lead a life that is good, useful, worthy, and meaningful.
